DOMESTIC


Amiya offers complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Shipments will be sent using either UPS or DHL. The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee shipping times as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. There will be no extra costs upon delivery. Our shipping services will be suspended due to warehouse closures on certain holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders placed on these days will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipment.

Alaska and Hawaii: Please anticipate an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive due to carrier restrictions in your region.



California: All orders shipped to the state of California are subject to state sales tax.



INTERNATIONAL

Amiya currently does not offer complimentary international DHL shipping unless otherwise specified as part of a promo launch. Please note that we cover duties/taxes for Canada, Europe (the Euro) and UK. All other recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country. International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned to us.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS



At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.
