You may return any item purchased on Amiya.com provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item’s original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Amiya reserves the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is refused you will be notified via email.

US returns will receive a prepaid return label.
International returns are not eligible for complimentary returns and a $35 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please ship it with care and accuracy to ensure delivery. After inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method, please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

You are welcome to contact us for any exchanges. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once and the exchanged items are not eligible for return.
